Shucks i think my ippt is 19th june and i haven been running. so today morning i went to the stadium and ran intervals. wahlao my stamina dropped like crazy, like drop like crazy, like crazy. zamn.

On the way home, i visited the childcare that i part time at previously. The children 've grown so much! They dont rmb me alr, but I was still happy to see them. Kids rmb things fast and forget fast.

I saw kynan, pinhan and my fav nicolas. My colleagues told me he just changed his bag last week, i still rmb his fav purple barney bag was so old and dirty. Finally he changed it. To some ndp bag or smth. hahahaha.

The babies can talk alr, awww. When i left the childcare, they only talk nonsense. Esp pin han, last time he can only ahh ahh you noe. Apparently now, my colleague said if u put him one side he can talk to himself non stop hahaha.

woah, its been about more than half a yr since i left. Maybe 9mths.
So many changes. Life goes on, ppl grow or change and move on.
